The Bachelor’s thesis aims to provide necessary information for successful expansion of GrowJOB institute to Austria. Since 2006 GrowJOB has been educating CEOs and other executives of Czech companies in the field of competitiveness and been helping them grow stronger among their competitors. In the thesis I describe theoretical background of business plan creation and analyze both internal and external environment. Then I focus on individual steps of the expansion and provide a detailed financial plan as well. The most robust competitive cutting edge of the company is that it takes advantage of new scientific findings in the field of decision-making processes (behavioral economics, neuroeconomics) and brings them to everyday life of firms.

This Bachelor thesis deals with a business plan proposal formation. Subject of this proposal is establishment of a new accounting and tax office. The work is composed of theoretical and analytical parts and actual proposal solution. Key finding and resources mentioned in the theoretical part are applied in the rest of the work. Analysis is aimed mostly on the current company setting. The part of actual proposal solution covers the respective business plan which contains organisational, marketing and financial plan proposals.

Social work with people Alzheimer's disease

The object of this undergraduate thesis is to theoretically describe social work focused on in-home care for patients with Alzheimer's disease and to highlight specific features of this target group. This work contains characteristics of Alzheimer's disease as described in academic literature. Also, it covers the topic of in-home care, specific features of communication with the patient and the strain laid on the social worker. Finally, this thesis lists the options of help and support of social work towards both the patient and the social worker and focuses on possibilities of nonpharmacologic treatment.

Title of thesis: Contribution of consulting service to a change of lifestyle Summary: The question of healthy life style has been recently in the centre of frequently discussed topics. The population's lifestyle has changed noticeably in comparison with the past and high-quality nutrition and regular motion activity is frequently neglected. People suffer from stress, lack of sleep and all these factors bring an increased level of heath risk. Among others, the society reacts to this fact by founding an amount of consulting clinics which try to help people to change and achieve a healthier and better quality life style. This thesis is concerned with an effect of a programme individually formed by a consultant on a change of life style and consequently on a change of female physical constitution at the age of 18 - 65. The research is supposed to reveal whether the program itself, regular controls and feed - backs will bring positive changes of life style and if there consequently follows a reduction of body weight as well as improvement of other physical parameters. Objective of thesis: Our aim was to determine what kind of women seek for help and consultations in the area of healthy life style. Activities of a Special Education Centre for Pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorders

This thesis focuses on the activities of the Special Education Centre, as provided to parents of children and pupils with autistic spectrum disorders in the region of Cheb, Czech Republic. The theoretical part summarizes - using the specialized literature available - basic information on the issue of autism, its complex assessment and diagnosing, and special education care with focus on the same. It specifies the forms of consulting services in the Czech Republic and the special education centre's services aimed at pupils with autistic spectrum disorders. The research part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the examined array and using a specific questionnaire, it collects information on the satisfaction of parents of pupils with autistic spectrum disorders with the special education centre's offer of services. It also analyses the degree of implementation of the individual strategies and maps out the possibilities of expanding the offer of special education care.
